Rockline Industries Appoints Robert J. Rudolph as President

Third-generation leadership continues legacy of innovation and family stewardship

SHEBOYGAN, Wis., June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Rockline Industries, a leading manufacturer of coffee filters and consumer, medical, and commercial wet wipes, today announced the appointment of Robert "RJ" Rudolph as President, effective July 1, 2025, following the retirement of his father, Randy Rudolph, who has led the company for more than three decades and will now become Chairman of the Board.

Rob Rudolph brings to the role a deep understanding of the business and a vision for continued growth, sustainability, and leadership.

Founded in 1976 by Ralph Rudolph, his son, Randy, became President in 1986 and led the company from modest beginnings to a global force serving hundreds of customers in over 50 countries. Rob Rudolph has served Rockline in a range of leadership positions across numerous functions over the last 14 years including stops in Sales, Contract Manufacturing, Operations, Strategic Planning and most recently Global Sourcing. Rob earned a BA/BS from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Prior to Rockline, he spent 6 years working in Retail Merchandising and Business Management at Daymon Worldwide.
