RockTenn Announces Dividend of $0.320525 Per Share

NORCROSS, Ga., April 24, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- RockTenn today reported that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.320525 per share on its Class A Common Stock. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 7, 2015 and which will be paid on May 26, 2015.
