Riverview Bancorp Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

VANCOUVER, Wash., Oct. 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVSB) ("Riverview" or the "Company") today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share. The dividend will be payable October 27, 2015, to shareholders of record October 12, 2015.

"We are pleased that our current financial performance and capital position allows us to increase our dividend again this quarter," stated Pat Sheaffer, Chairman and CEO. "The cash dividend represents a payout of 21% for our first fiscal quarter and a dividend yield of 1.26%."
