Richard Johnson Resignation and New Appointment

Global Interconnection Group (“GIG” or the “Company”) today announces that Richard Johnson has resigned from the Boards of GIG Limited (Guernsey) and GIG SA (Switzerland) with effect from 10 October 2025 and will assume a new role as Operating Partner. 'Please see attached document'.
