Resident Acquires BLACE to Expand Its Asset-Light Hospitality Platform

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Resident, the culinary platform known for its chef-driven experiences across New York City, today announced its acquisition of BLACE, the premier space & vendor booking platform operating in both New York City and Los Angeles. This combination positions Resident to broaden its enterprise product offering, delivering an expanded suite of hospitality-driven experiences to its clients and corporate members.
