CHICAGO, Feb. 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesirow, an independent, employee-owned financial services firm, today announced the completion of a significant renovation project at its headquarters located at 353 N Clark. Following a strategic decision to extend the firm's lease for an additional ten years, this work is part of a broader multi-year strategy to optimize the firm's 20-plus offices globally and reaffirms Mesirow's deep-rooted commitment to Chicago and 88-year presence as a civic and corporate leader.

Post-renovation, Mesirow's presence at 353 N. Clark remains more than 100,000 square feet, supporting efficiency and continued room for growth through future expansion options. Over the past five years, Mesirow's employee headcount has increased by 7%, with key strategic acquisitions and hires across the firm in 2023 and 2024.

Mesirow partners in this renovation included Gensler and Power Construction, with key goals including workspace optimization; one-touch collaboration technologies; and incorporation of a multi-use media space for video, podcasting, television and firmwide communications.
