Remington Outdoor Company Announces Management Change

MADISON, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Remington Outdoor Company (“Remington” or “the Company”), one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, and related products, today announced the resignation of Steve Jackson, Chief Financial Officer, to assume a similar position at a different company.

Commenting on the departure, Anthony Acitelli, Chief Executive Officer, stated, “On behalf of Remington, I want to thank Steve for his tireless dedication and valuable guidance through recent events. Steve was critical in helping the Company develop the restructuring plan that we believe sets Remington on the path to a brighter tomorrow. Accordingly, we wish Steve every future success and will miss him.”

Steve Jackson said, “I have been honored to be part of the Remington team and its great brands for over ten years. I am excited about the Company’s future outlook and success with its new capital structure. However, as Remington embraced a new beginning I too am moving onto a new opportunity.”

Steve Jackson will continue in his current role through April 19 at which time he will also resign from the Remington Board of Directors. Until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed, the Company intends to fulfill the role’s obligations with its existing team. In addition, Joe Sciametta of Alvarez & Marsal North America, LLC will continue to support the Company in its reorganization efforts.
