RedMane Technology Welcomes Executive Allison Lowery, Esq., to Leadership Team
Allison brings over two decades of experience in the child welfare field, most recently serving as a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Children's Bureau, where she led federal policy initiatives, drafted national guidance, and provided technical assistance to states on major federal programs. She also served in temporary roles with the HHS Office of General Counsel and the Bureau of Unaccompanied Children, furthering her cross-program and policy insight.
Earlier in her career, Allison worked as a Legal Aid attorney representing children in Baltimore City, where she advocated to ensure her clients and their families received the services and resources that they needed.
