"It is imperative to ensure the lawn is pristine, the grass is cut, there is no debris, the garden beds are free of weeds, and the hedges trimmed," added Thompson.

In an effort to help its clients make their homes shine, The Thompson Team offers a program for people who don't have enough money to do home improvements when getting ready to sell. The clients pay for the materials and parts, but they do not pay the final bill until they sell and go to closing.

Reid Thompson, her partner, is a licensed agent and contractor. Together, they offer the service to do repairs and home improvements. Thompson also has contacts to assist with decluttering, landscaping, and staging, with all efforts focusing on the goal of helping to sell homes for more money in a shorter amount of time.
