FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., May 17, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a regular second quarter cash dividend of $0.22 per common share. The Board also approved a second quarter Series D convertible perpetual preferred share dividend of $0.90625 per share. The dividends, for the period April 1 through June 30, 2017, are payable on July 3, 2017 to shareholders of record on June 20, 2017.
