Rainmaker Entertainment Announces Extension of Share Loan Arrangement
VANCOUVER, BC -- (Marketwired) -- 11/20/15 -- Rainmaker Entertainment Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RNK) ("Rainmaker" or the "Company") announces board and TSX Venture Exchange approval to extend the current maturity the date of $390,000 Limited Recourse Shareholder Loans (" Loans") granted to certain members of senior management.
Previously approved by the shareholders of the Company on May 14th, 2013, the outstanding Loans carried an initial maturity date of November 1, 2015. In light of the current trading halt of the Company's shares, the Board of Directors has determined that it is in the best interests of the Company to extend the maturity of the Loans to January 29th, 2016. All other terms and conditions as set forth in the initial shareholder approval and further detailed in the June 30th, 2015 interim financial statements of the Company remain unchanged.
