Rainforest QA Appoints Allison Pickens to Board of Directors
Recognized leader in customer success will support company’s accelerated growth
SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rainforest QA, the leader in on-demand quality assurance (QA) solutions, today announced the appointment of Allison Pickens to its board of directors. Pickens, who currently serves as COO at SaaS customer success company Gainsight, brings her years of experience helping companies develop industry-leading customer initiatives and success programs, and will support Rainforest through its next stage of growth.
“The strides Allison has made through building up Gainsight’s sales and customer success organizations through the years makes her a perfect fit for Rainforest as we continue putting the satisfaction of our customers first,” said Fred Stevens-Smith, co-founder and CEO of Rainforest. “In the last three years, we’ve grown 3,000 percent and signed on more than 130 customers. We don’t plan to slow down anytime soon, and customer retention is one crucial aspect to continue on this path. We look forward to Alison’s contributions.”
Pickens’ appointment follows a year of momentum for Rainforest, as the company scales to meet the demands of today’s software delivery.
