Erick brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in product management, marketing, merchandising, purchasing, and supply chain and commercial operations at Fortune 500 companies to his new role at RS. This experience is further strengthened by his MBA from the University of Chicago and BA in business administration and international trade from Universidade Paulista (UNIP) in Brazil.

During his tenure at Lowe's, Lennox International, Whirlpool, Walmart, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, Erick was responsible for profit and loss management, multibillion-dollar product portfolios, and high-performing teams throughout North and South America. He established a proven track record of developing and executing strategic roadmaps that simultaneously solve customers' pain points and achieve substantial growth, improved margins, and widespread cost savings. He also developed a reputation for collaborative leadership, prioritizing the customer experience, taking a data-driven approach to product and portfolio strategies, and having a curious but practical mindset, which he credits for inspiring ideas that have a meaningful impact on both businesses and customers.

In his new role as RS PRO Director, Erick is responsible for growing the brand's business in the Americas, which he plans to accomplish by refining the RS PRO product portfolio, improving customer awareness and perception, and collaborating with RS sales, operations, and marketing teams.
