RND Automation Strengthens Market Position through QuickPouch Acquisition

RND Automation (RND), a subsidiary of CAS Holdings (CAS), is excited to announce the successful acquisition of QuickPouch's intellectual property and assets.

LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla., April 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- QuickPouch has a rich history in the packaging industry, evolving from research and development applications to producing millions of pouches per year. Today, over 300 QuickPouch systems are operational worldwide, efficiently packaging a diverse range of products, including healthcare items, medical devices, IVD test kits, surgical instruments, cosmetics and personal care products, pharmaceuticals, food items, and both consumer and industrial goods.

Founded in Ronkonkoma, New York, QuickPouch, previously operating under the name Adaptive Manufacturing Technologies, primarily served the medical industry, producing hundreds of pouches each month. However, the company faced challenges, culminating in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing in August 2024, which led to the dissolution and sale of its assets.

RND Automation seized this opportunity, acquiring QuickPouch's intellectual property in February 2025.
