Firm welcomes seasoned experts to oversee brand development and financial management

FAIRFIELD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- REX Shares (REX), an independent provider of exchange-traded products (ETPs), surpassed $1 billion in assets under management (AUM) during the third quarter of 2020, a 1,000% surge since Jan. 1. Coinciding with this growth, the firm recently hired Dr. Phil Pearlman as Chief Behavioral Officer/Head of Marketing and Robert Rokose, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer.

Rokose joins REX with 28 years of accounting and financial services experience. His previous roles include CFO of U.S. Funds at JP Morgan Asset Management, Managing Director & CFO at PIMCO/Allianz Funds and Assistant Comptroller at publicly held Lexington Global.
