NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Radiation Business Solutions (RBS) announced today the formation of Anoma Cancer Collective (ACC), its second 501(c)3 nonprofit oncology foundation, expanding its mission-driven model to serve cancer centers across the United States. The transaction is expected to close at the end of 2025 or early 2026.

Building on the success of Aurora Integrated Oncology Foundation, ACC provides a strategic solution for both physician-owned cancer centers and hospital-based programs struggling to stay open or in need of capital. Through nonprofit conversion and access to tax-exempt bond funding, centers gain the capital needed for equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and long-term sustainability, without sacrificing independence or mission.
