Quantum Energy, Inc. Announces Retirement of Chairman William Hinz

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Quantum Energy Inc. (OTC: QREE), (“Quantum”), a worldwide exclusive licensee of flywheel energy storage systems, energy conditioning systems, and rare earth material supply and manufacturing, today announces the retirement of William Hinz, Chairman and Director. Mr. Hinz will remain Chairman Emeritus.

William Hinz, chairman of QREE, stated: “I have had the pleasure of helping to develop and transform this Company into a world class manufacturer of energy related equipment, which is a part of a broad effort to decentralize energy distribution. The Company is in a position to grow at a steady rate in the fully distributed energy market in the United States and worldwide.”
