Quanta Services Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HOUSTON, March 30, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.08 per share, or a rate of $0.32 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on April 18, 2023, to stockholders of record as of April 10, 2023.
