Qualcomm Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

SAN DIEGO, April 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Qualcomm Incorporated (NASDAQ: QCOM) today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.53 per common share, payable on June 22, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2016. The new dividend rate, originally announced at the Company's annual meeting on March 8, represents a 10% increase above the prior quarterly dividend.
