OVERLAND PARK, Kan., Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: QTS), one of the nation's largest and fastest-growing providers of data center facilities and cloud services, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a cash dividend of $0.39 per share on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2017. The $0.39 per share dividend is payable on January 5, 2018 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on December 5, 2017.
