Putnam High Income Securities Fund Announces Name Change

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Putnam High Income Securities Fund (NYSE: PCF) (the “Fund”) today announced that it will amend its Amended and Restated Agreement and Declaration of Trust to change the name of the Fund to High Income Securities Fund effective as of the close of business on July 23, 2018. The name change was previously approved by the Fund’s Board of Trustees (the “Board”) at the Board Meeting held on June 27, 2018. At this time, the Fund expects its ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange to remain “PCF.”
