Purpose Legal Appoints Talin Andonians as Chief Operating Officer

In this senior management role, she will lead the company's global operations and client service delivery.

Under her leadership, Ocelot achieved significant market share gains and secured private equity sponsorship.

Earlier in her career, she served as COO of Discovia, where she played a pivotal role in positioning the company as a market leader in eDiscovery services. Her leadership over eight years fueled strategic product launches, process automation, and consistently high customer satisfaction metrics, culminating in Discovia's successful sale to Lighthouse Global in 2017.

Since March 2024, Andonians has served as an Advisory Board Director for Purpose Legal, providing strategic and operational guidance to the senior leadership team. Her transition into the COO role reflects her deep familiarity with the company's mission and her commitment to advancing its operational, technology, and client service capabilities.
