Proskauer Welcomes Leading Private Investments Lawyer Niamh Curry

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global law firm Proskauer announced that Niamh A. Curry has joined the firm’s Private Investment Funds Group as a partner in New York. Ms. Curry’s arrival follows the recent appointment of Bruno Bertrand-Delfau in London.

Ms. Curry’s practice focuses on the structuring and formation of international and domestic private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, hybrid funds and fund of funds, as well as the purchase of portfolios of stakes in private investment funds and unlisted companies. She has collaborated with Mr. Bertrand-Delfau for a number of years advising Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity) and on other cross-border matters.
