Lauren joined ProofPilot as the SVP of Customer Success in October 2023, with a robust background in customer success in clinical trials technology. With over 15 years of experience working directly with sites and sponsors to launch clinical trials at scale, Lauren has played a key role in employing strategies to boost ProofPilot's business and client engagement.
