Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for October 2024

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of October 2024, representing $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on November 15, 2024 to unitholders of record on October 31, 2024.
