Primaris REIT Announces Distribution for July 2026

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (“Primaris” or the “Trust”) (TSX: PMZ.UN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a distribution of $0.07333 per unit for the month of July 2026, representing $0.88 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on August 17, 2026 to unitholders of record on July 31, 2026.
