Preston Hollow Community Capital Announces Additions to Credit and Origination Teams
DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Preston Hollow Community Capital (“PHCC”) announced today the hiring of two professionals in its Credit and Origination teams. Eric Schleif joins PHCC as Co-Chief Credit Officer and Stephen Rambin joins as an Associate Director on PHCC’s Origination team.

Eric Schleif joins PHCC as Co-Chief Credit Officer and will lead the Surveillance and Asset Management team. With 25 years of comprehensive commercial real estate experience, he is an expert in asset management, complex debt structures, special servicing, and real estate construction. Before joining Preston Hollow, Eric spent six years at Fortress Investment Group, managing a $1B commercial real estate debt portfolio across various property types and capital structures, overseeing construction loans, and resolving distressed credits. Prior to Fortress, he spent 13 years at Colony NorthStar as co-head of asset management for a $4B publicly traded REIT portfolio. Eric began his career at ORIX USA.
Eric holds a Master’s in Land Development from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas.
Stephen Rambin joins PHCC as an Associate Director, focusing on the firm’s asset origination activities. His primary responsibilities include the evaluation and structuring of the firm’s investments.
Before joining Preston Hollow Community Capital, Stephen spent over three years in the Infrastructure & Energy principal investing and debt advisory teams at Macquarie Capital, where he participated in investing in and advising on social and transportation, digital, and energy transition infrastructure opportunities. Prior to Macquarie, Stephen spent over four years in the Public Finance Investment Banking group at Wells Fargo, spending his first two years covering higher education and nonprofit institutions and later focusing on public-private partnerships and sports advisory and financing opportunities.
Stephen received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Financial Economics and Political Science Minors from Vanderbilt University.
