Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: APTS) (the "Company") today announced that, on August 6, 2015, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.18 per share payable October 15, 2015, to common stockholders of record on September 15, 2015.
