Praxair Declares Dividend in Fourth Quarter 2016

DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Praxair, Inc. (NYSE: PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 75.0 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2016 to shareholders of record on December 7, 2016. The ex-dividend date is December 5, 2016.
