Polish Beachside Apartments Protected with Penetron Crystalline Technology

Located in the picturesque coastal village of Gąski, Poland, the Goose Bay residential development – completed in September 2026 – offers luxury apartments near the Baltic Sea. ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Situated just 40 meters from the Baltic Sea in the popular seaside town of Gąski, the Goose Bay residential development comprises 58 modern apartments ranging from 28 to 70 m², with six penthouse units and a roof top swimming pool.

To ensure durable and watertight concrete, the project team selected PENETRON ADMIX, an integral crystalline waterproofing admixture, to permanently reduce concrete permeability and protect against aggressive environmental conditions. The crystalline technology reacts with moisture and by-products of cement hydration to form insoluble crystals within the concrete matrix, permanently blocking capillary pores and microcracks.

Penetron Poland supplied the PENETRON ADMIX at the project site and provided technical support to ensure the successful implementation of the waterproofing system. By incorporating crystalline waterproofing admixture directly into the concrete mix, the below-grade concrete structures of the Goose Bay development – including the foundation slab and retaining walls of the underground parking garage, and the swimming pool shell – benefit from enhanced durability, reduced maintenance requirements, and long-term protection against moisture intrusion in one of Poland's most demanding coastal environments.
