Pillar Income Asset Management Names New VP of Multi-Family Development

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pillar Income Asset Management has announced the hiring of Randall Johnson as Vice President of Multi-Family Development. In this position, Johnson is responsible for the development and construction of multi-family residential communities. In addition to his Pillar duties, he will also play a vital role in the strategic growth of Abode Properties. He will directly report to Pillar President and CEO, Daniel J. Moos.

Johnson has over 15 years of extensive experience in residential, retail, and office development and over 30 large scale multi-family and mixed use projects under his belt. He previously held significant development roles with Avere Real Estate, Billingsley Company, Bennett Benner Partners, and Renaissance Partners. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Development for Avere Real Estate where he was responsible for the design and development of high end senior living real estate projects.

Johnson holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate as well as a Masters in Architecture from MIT.
