LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.23 per share on February 2, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 19, 2024. This dividend reflects an approximately 5 percent increase in the company’s regular cash dividend rate (from $0.22 per share); 2024 will mark the 48th consecutive year that Pentair has increased its dividend.
