Pentair Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced today that it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.175 per share on November 2, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 19, 2018. 2018 marks the 42nd consecutive year that Pentair has increased its dividend, as adjusted for the spin-off of nVent Electric plc.
