Pentair Announces Dividend Increase and Quarterly Cash Dividend

LONDON, United Kingdom - December 5, 2017 - Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 1 percent increase in the company's regular cash dividend rate (from $0.345 per share to $0.35 per share) and that it will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.35 per share on February 9, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 26, 2018. 2018 will mark the 42nd consecutive year that Pentair has increased its dividend.
