PennTex Midstream Partners, LP Declares First Quarter 2016 Distribution

HOUSTON, April 21, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PennTex Midstream Partners, LP (NASDAQ: PTXP) (the “Partnership”) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner has approved a cash distribution of $0.2750 per unit, or $1.10 per unit on an annualized basis, for the first quarter 2016. The distribution will be paid on May 13, 2016 to unitholders of record as of May 2, 2016.
