Palmdale Acquires Gatorgas

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., June 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Palmdale Propane, a subsidiary of Palmdale Oil ("Palmdale"), a leading provider of fuels, propane, lubricants, and chemicals with delivery solutions across the state of Florida, announced it has acquired Gatorgas LP, a propane gas distributor specializing in the delivery and service of propane throughout North Central Florida and the Gulf Coast. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1985 by Frank Anderson, Gatorgas has been a trusted provider of residential and commercial propane services throughout Central Florida for over 40 years. This acquisition marks an important milestone in Palmdale's mission to grow its service offerings in the attractive North Central Florida market, while allowing Gatorgas customers to benefit from Palmdale's expanded distribution network and operational expertise.
