PREIT Announces Appointment of Lisa M. Most as General Counsel

PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- PREIT (NYSE: PEI) today announced the appointment of Lisa M. Most as its General Counsel, replacing Bruce Goldman.  Ms. Most holds a JD-MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Most has been with PREIT since 1999, holding progressive leadership roles at the Company during her tenure.  During her time at PREIT, she has been instrumental in building the legal transactional group and in structuring redevelopment and anchor tenant recapture agreements.
