Experienced Leader to Drive Growth in Expanding Advisory Practice

NEW YORK, June 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- PKF O'Connor Davies, one of the nation's largest accounting, tax and advisory practices, today announced that Michael Curtiss will join the organization as a Partner in its Advisory Practice focusing on Transaction Advisory and Outsourced CFO Solutions. Based in PKF O'Connor Davies' Boston, Massachusetts office, Curtiss will serve private equity clients and their portfolio companies, leveraging his extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and strategic finance.

Curtiss brings more than two decades of experience guiding private equity and corporate clients through complex acquisition and divestiture transactions. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at an independent accounting advisory firm, where he advised clients on high-impact due diligence, post-acquisition financial planning and analysis and business intelligence initiatives. He has cultivated client relationships across a range of industries, leveraging deep industry knowledge to help produce innovative solutions.

Curtiss is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Massachusetts.
