New Vice President's M&A expertise and multidisciplinary background strengthen firm's deal execution capabilities

Mark will focus primarily on executing M&A transactions and assisting with business development initiatives. He will be based in the firm's New York City office.

Prior to joining PKFIB, Mark spent over a decade at the intersection of technology, finance and M&A, both as an operator, investment banker and buy-side professional. He has executed over 20 M&A transactions and capital raises globally, including with clients or targets across the US, Canada, India, Israel, the EU and UK.

Mark has gained expertise across multiple industries encompassing software, consumer goods and e-commerce, mobility and audio. His financial background includes experience at both bulge bracket and lower middle-market boutique banks, as well as a senior operating role at a growth-stage startup. Most recently, Mark held an M&A and strategy position at HARMAN, the Samsung subsidiary, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of Sound United from Masimo.
