Michael Viotto brings more than 15 years of financial and operational leadership experience across the industrial services, energy, and construction sectors. He holds bachelor's and MBA degrees from Texas Tech University.

Prior to joining PK Companies, Viotto served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Axios Industrial Group, where he collaborated with private equity sponsors and leadership to strengthen capital structure, execute strategic initiatives, and position the company for scalable growth. Earlier in his career, Viotto held key leadership positions at TechnipFMC, including Director of Subsea Projects & Commercial North America and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing major capital projects and guiding financial performance across multiple business units.
