Oxbridge Re Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend
GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oxbridge Re Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:OXBR), a provider of reinsurance solutions to property and casualty insurers in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, has reported that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend in the amount of 12 cents. The dividend will be paid on June 29, 2015 to shareholders of record on the close of business June 8, 2015.
