Otter Tail Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

FARGO, N.D., Aug. 02, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Otter Tail Corporation (NASDAQ: OTTR) announced today the Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.335 per share, payable on September 10, 2018 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2018. This represents the 319th consecutive quarter dividends have been paid on common stock.

The corporation will issue a news release announcing second quarter 2018 financial results after the market close on Monday, August 6, 2018.
