Orsu Metals Corporation: Directorate Change

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 05/07/15 -- Orsu Metals Corporation (the "Company") the London-based dual listed (TSX: OSU)(AIM: OSU) base and precious metals exploration and development company, today announces that Mr. Timothy Hanford, a non-executive director of the Company, will not be standing for re-election as a director at the Company's forthcoming annual meeting of shareholders to be held on June 22, 2015.

Mr. Hanford has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2006, and the Company wishes to thank Mr. Hanford for his contribution to the Company during his years of service.

The shareholder circular and accompanying notice of meeting are expected to be announced and sent to shareholders in the week commencing May 25, 2015.
