Orion & Zara, New Story Series for Kids at Home During COVID19

With so many children at home during COVID-19 and limited access to experiences, we are happy to release the Orion & Zara story series. This colorful and richly illustrated series starts with "Orion & Zara, A Day of Fun!"

The inspiration behind the series is the real-life Friesian named Orion and a Great Dane named Zara that forged a fun and unique friendship.

The author, MariAnne Vanella, has ridden and owned horses most of her life as well as dogs. When not working in her enterprise tech role, she spends her time with animals. She observed the unique relationship her dog and horse had, and saw the fun children locally experienced interacting with them. She wanted to share with parents and children regardless of location, especially now with so many limitations on travel and activities.

The book offers so much on a variety of levels, for the smallest children it is bright and richly illustrated. Early readers will find great fun in reading the stories and also learning how differences don't mean divisions in life. Some of their likes and dislikes they share, and some they don't, but in any case they continue to find their friendship fun and meaningful.

This series is meant to offer a fun experience for young children and also includes access to social medial profiles, their Facebook page, and Instagram. Live streams of the REAL Orion and Zara are scheduled for the future weeks ahead.

Children of any age will see Orion and Zara learn that even though we all come in different sizes, shapes, and colors, our willingness to help, understand, and love has no barriers.
