Orbital ATK’s Board of Directors Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

DULLES, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Orbital ATK, Inc. (NYSE: OA), a global leader in aerospace and defense technologies, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.32 per share to be paid on May 17, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 11, 2018. Orbital ATK’s previous dividend of $0.32 was paid on March 1, 2018.
