OneAdvanced Launches IQ Chat, Changing How People Interact With Enterprise Software
- The Intelligent Experience layer of IQ brings AI, organisational knowledge, data, and reporting together through one natural-language conversational interface [IQ Chat], giving every IQ customer access to a secure, AI-powered experience
- Capabilities spanning multi-model AI, enterprise search and agentic workflows move IQ towards an experience where users can focus on what they want to achieve rather than the systems behind it
BIRMINGHAM, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- OneAdvanced, one of the UK’s largest providers of sector-focused SaaS, today announced the Autumn Release Wave of IQ, which includes IQ Chat as a key enhancement to Intelligent Experience.
IQ Chat gives customers access to a secure AI-powered experience interface across the software workflows they already use. This provides a governed way to expand access to AI across the organisation, helping reduce the risks and hidden costs associated with employees turning to unapproved ‘shadow’ AI tools, while avoiding the need to layer expensive enterprise AI tools on top of their existing software estate.
As AI continues to move deeper into the software and workflows people use everyday, Intelligent Experience is designed to simplify how people interact with the technology behind their work. Bringing AI, organisational knowledge, data and reporting together through a single conversational interface, Intelligent Experience enables users to ask for what they need in natural language rather than navigating between separate applications and systems.
A more intelligent way to work
The Intelligent Experience layer of IQ brings together AI, organisational knowledge and sector-specific expertise to support users across their everyday work, meaning they can work faster and smarter. Capabilities include:
- IQ Chat – a secure, AI-powered experience interface giving users one place to think, ask, create and organise their work
- Skills – packaged expertise that tailors AI to the tasks, terminology and standards of each organisation and sector
- Multi-model and multi-modal AI – the right AI model for each task, working across text, documents and images
- Enterprise search – answers grounded in the organisation’s own trusted data and knowledge
- Memory and personalisation – intelligence that carries across sessions, so IQ learns preferences and context over time
The Autumn Release Wave also introduces agentic workflows and self-service analytics, supported by an expanded IQ Data Platform that connects more organisational data into IQ.
Marko Perisic, Chief Product Officer of OneAdvanced, said: “As AI becomes more deeply embedded into everyday work, the next step is to remove complexity between people, what they’re trying to achieve and technology. People shouldn’t have to think about which application to open or system to navigate – they should be able to ask for what they need and get on with their work.
“That’s the idea behind Intelligent Experience. Ultimately, we’re moving towards a world where people can simply express the outcome they need, and the technology orchestrates the work behind it.”
Built for critical and regulated sectors
Intelligent Experience is the interface layer of IQ, the intelligent system of work, and is underpinned by OneAdvanced’s sovereign, enterprise-grade Intelligent Platform, engineered for the highly regulated and essential service sectors it serves. The Autumn Release Wave extends AI-powered capabilities into everyday workflows across healthcare, education, legal and wholesale distribution, spanning clinical consultations and practice data, apprenticeship reviews, legal administration, payroll and workforce analytics.
The road to intelligent work
OneAdvanced launched IQ, its Intelligent System of Work, in May 2026, with a vision to bring people, data and AI together. The Autumn Release Wave advances this vision by evolving how users interact with enterprise software and laying the foundations for a fully agentic Intelligent Experience, where users can express what they want to achieve in natural language, with IQ orchestrating the processes required behind the scenes.
