On Belay Health Solutions Announces New Chief Operating Officer (COO)

BOSTON, Feb. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- On Belay Health Solutions is pleased to announce the arrival of Andrea Osborne as Chief Operating Officer. This newly created position results from the significant growth and performance the company has achieved in the last 18 months and will help further advance On Belay's mission of empowering primary care practices in value-based care.

Ms. Osborne has an extensive background in healthcare administration, business development and ACO operations, and has a proven track record of leading complex projects, scaling operations, and building high-performing teams. She most recently served as the Senior Vice President of ACO Operations and Delegated Services at Village MD, helping deliver over $100 million in net shared savings across 6 ACOs and achieving 100% quality ratings and the High Performers bonus across 3 ACOs in just the last year alone.

In her new role, Ms. Osborne will oversee the company's day-to-day operations, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, driving strategic growth initiatives, and optimizing organizational performance across its business units.
