Omnicom Group Inc. Declares Dividend Increase

NEW YORK, Oct. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) increased the corporation's quarterly cash dividend to $0.60 per common share, or  $2.40 per share of common stock on an annual basis. This represents a 9.1% increase versus the prior quarterly dividend of $0.55 per share, or $2.20 on an annual basis. This increase will be reflected in Omnicom Group's next scheduled dividend payment, which is currently expected to be paid in January 2018 with a record date in December 2017.
