HOUSTON, Oct. 23, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Omega Protein Corporation (NYSE: OME), a nutritional product company and a leading integrated provider of specialty oils and specialty protein products, will announce results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017, on Wednesday, November 8, 2017, after market close.  In view of the merger agreement with Cooke Inc., previously announced on October 6, 2017, the Company will not be holding an earnings conference call.
