Omega Announces Twelfth Consecutive Increase in Its Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.55 per share. The common stock dividend is payable Monday, August 17, 2015 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Friday, July 31, 2015.
Today’s declaration represents a $0.01 increase over the prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.54 per common share. For the prior quarter, the $0.54 per share dividend was paid in two installments due to the Company’s acquisition via merger of Aviv REIT, Inc. A $0.36 per share dividend was paid on April 7, 2015 to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015, and an $0.18 per share dividend was paid on May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2015. Going forward, the Company expects to declare and pay dividends on a quarterly basis absent unusual developments.
At the date of this release, the Company has approximately 192.3 million shares of common stock and 9.0 million operating partnership units outstanding.
